Product Information and Pricing

rushcart Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability information accurate and current. Should an error occur in product details, pricing, or availability, we may correct the mistake and cancel any orders placed on the basis of that incorrect information, at no cost to you. For goods that naturally vary (such as handmade items or products made from natural materials), minor differences in size, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product details and warnings are provided for informational purposes only; rushcart Store cannot guarantee that products are free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Product availability may differ depending on your delivery zone, pickup location, and chosen time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order is contingent upon product availability and acceptance by rushcart Store. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment is required before your order is dispatched or collected, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of rushcart Store's services shall first be submitted to rushcart Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

rushcart Store may update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time at our discretion. Should we make material changes to these Terms, we will give at least 30 days' advance notice by email to the address linked to your account, or by posting a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
